We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President for Sales who will not only lead our day-to-day sales functions and revenue leadership but also the strategy and vision of the employer sales function. This role requires an exceptional leader with a track record in handling big-ticket deals, particularly within the enterprise segment. The leader will lead our broker consultant, enterprise and commercial sales, strategic alliances, and the business development team.

How you contribute to our success
The Vice President for Sales executes Navigate’s sales strategy. Success happens when the VPBD accelerates our sales strategy and drives new recurring revenue business growth, ultimately achieving new recurring revenue budget goals in the year.
The VP Sales is responsible for developing and growing a high performing sales team, ensuring they understand the Navigate suite of products, our value proposition, our brand promise, and our service commitment and are able to share our story throughout the sales process to win new recurring revenue sales.
Navigate’s sales success is attributed to our reputation and relationships in our marketplace. The VP Sales is responsible for building relationships and assisting the sales team members as they manage these relationships in our marketplace.
Success for this position is defined by new recurring revenue pipeline and sales goal achievement.

Experience
A minimum of ten years of experience leading a sales team in the wellbeing or insurance industry. Experience leading a team to millions of dollars of quota achievement is required.
Regular overnight travel throughout the United States is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Physical & Working Environment
Standard office work environment. Minimum ability to lift push and pull 10lbs for event booth set up.
