Job description

Scientific Systems Products Division is looking to fill a Systems Engineer position in the domain of Autonomous Vehicles and Uncrewed Systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing architecture models relating to autonomous flight systems and crewed-uncrewed collaboration using Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and tools.

*This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an Active DoD Security Clearance SECRET or above.

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced systems in multi-vehicle autonomy for complex, contested environments.

• Work as part of a team to design, implement, and test autonomy software systems for embedded unmanned multi-vehicle autonomy.

• Support development of competitive proposals and follow-on programs for acquisition customers, including AFLCMC, NAVAIR, and other government agencies and industry primes.

• Support other company initiatives and programs.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Must have an active SECRET clearance or higher.

• BS with 3+ years of relevant experience (or MS with 1+ years), or equivalent in AE, EE, Systems Engineering, CS, Robotics, Cognitive Systems, or related engineering field, with demonstrated experience in unmanned/Autonomous Systems development

• Experience in Digital Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, Command and Control or Autonomy Architectures, or Operations Analysis.

• Experience with Cameo for MBSE

Desired Skills:

• Operations analysis, CONOPS development, military utility analysis

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
