Crisp is seeking to hire an Intern as an administrative assistant. This role is a Temp-Perm position (flexible Schedule) worked at the discretion of the supervisor
Our company is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented individual who will work under the general direction of the supervisor assisting in administration and clerical duties.
Duties include general office support, administrative tasks, filing, data entry/database work, and other related duties . This assignment requires Basic computer skills, proficiency in typing, word and Excel and the capacity to perform administrative tasks of increased complexity.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and gain knowledge.
- Assist management with basic office duties.
- Assist management with assignments requiring research.
- Assist in data entry.
- Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
Responsibilities:
Are you an accounting student looking for an entry-level position at an accounting firm that can lead to an Accounting internship? Become an Administration intern with CRISP! This is a part-time position where you will work 12-20 hours per week.
- Assist in the assembly of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow work.
- Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and work with clients to gather necessary information for completion of required documents.
- Filing and organizing.
- Copying/printing/scanning.
- Provide backup in answering phones.
- Process Tax documents.

Qualification:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, ADMINISTRATION, health, science, and CULTURAL STUDIES, PERFORMING ARTS.
- Above average competency in accounting as demonstrated by college GPA; Minimum 3.2 GPA.
- Working (, towards eligibility to sit for the CPA exam upon graduation (150 credits).
- Preferred coursework in Data Analytics or Big Data.
- Ability to think independently and make good decisions based on education and experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
- Ability to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadlines.
