We are currently seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Conroe, TX, 77303. As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating welding operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate welding activities to meet production goals and quality standards
- Perform TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc welding as required
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ITAR regulations
- Operate forklift to move materials and equipment as necessary
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize welding processes
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding setups for production
- Perform shop math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder, Stick Welder, and Flux-Cored Arc Welder
- Prior experience with ISO 9001 certification and ITAR registration
- Valid forklift license
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent shop math skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience in welding setups for production
