- HS Diploma / GED required.
- At least one year experience working in a medical work setting.
- Experience with preregistration, registration, collecting demographics information, patient financial counseling, collections of co-pays, answering phones, familiar with HIPPA guidelines.
- Good team-play with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using an EMR similar to EPIC.
