Barulich Dugoni & Suttmann Law Group, Inc., is a Burlingame, CA-based mid-sized law firm that specializes in sophisticated estate and tax planning, estate administration, and trust and estates litigation. The Firm is seeking an experienced full-time Staff Accountant to help support the Accounting Department in the day-to-day workings of the Firm.

This position supports the Financial Controller in the Accounting Department. The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of accounting experience. Candidates must be organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize daily tasks. Candidates are expected to help organize and streamline efficient accounting business practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support Controller.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
• Compile, sort payable invoices and enter into QuickBooks.
• Issue and mail checks for the Company accounts.
• Input manual checks to QuickBooks.
• Scan and File invoices and documents.
• Match invoices to Work Order/Packing slips.
• Open and sort daily mail.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile Credit card statements and match receipts. Post the transactions into QuickBooks.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Process monthly billing.
• Address clients’ billing questions and concerns.

Salary Range:

• $50,00-$60,00 Depending on Experience
