Position Summary
Job Description
Key Outcomes:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer services to provide them with the necessary tools to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Creates and executes go-to-market strategies that drive growth, retention, and engagement of target customers.
Manages the product marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Develops and executes lead generation programs to drive interest and demand for our products.
Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Creates, monitors and produces campaign analytics reports and adjusts based on performance.
Supports development of clear and persuasive product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market and resonate with target audiences.
Develops and maintains positive vendor relationships that benefit Martin’s Point from a cost, quality, and service perspective.
Ensures compliance of all marketing communications with governmental regulations (CMS, TRICARE).
Stays updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and differentiated.
Education/Experience
BA/BS in related field
5+ years marketing experience and project management experience including experience managing comprehensive multi-tactic marketing campaigns and making analytics-driven decision making.
Experience leading projects.
Health care industry experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Competencies (Behaviors):
Proven history of making data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of the following tactics: collateral/printed materials, direct mail, email, web & digital, social media, print, TV, radio, out-of-home, and multimedia content.
Strong project management skills to successfully organize, lead and execute various projects/campaigns.
Demonstrate an understanding of and alignment with Martin’s Point values.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
