Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Painesville, OH
Job Salary: $70k-$130k
- Oversee and manage project timelines to ensure the timely and successful completion of commercial and multi-family construction projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical milestones and deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial parameters.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting to optimize resource allocation and project profitability.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among diverse teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Foster collaborative relationships to enhance teamwork and project synergy.
- Implement strategic project management methodologies to enhance overall efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Demonstrated track record in successfully managing construction projects, particularly in the commercial and multi-family sectors.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest trends.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget creation, monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Experience with Procore is a plus but not required.
Salary: $70,000 - $130,000
