Position Purpose:
The Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing the cross-functional effort to deliver high priority, complex Innovation and Renovation projects.
This is hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
Essential Job Functions Responsibilities:
Program Management: - Act as Program Lead for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Innovation projects. Successfully lead on-time delivery for Level 1 and Level 2 end-to-end stage gate activities in Technical, Commercial and Financial Readiness.
- Lead cross-functional Innovation Core Team including risk assessment, decision making, and preparation for stakeholder communication.
- Define and communicate key project deliverables such as scope, schedule, resources and risks.
- Create project workbooks and schedules to document scope, requirements, feasibility and risks for individual projects.
Communication: - Communicate effectively as required to provide a clear understanding of development project status, risks and decisions upon request to various audiences up to and including Senior Leadership Team.
- Own and continuously optimize key project reports and dashboards (tracking sheets, artwork release, dashboards, etc.) to deliver best in class project communication to cross functional partners.
- Lead project risk assessments and escalation to key stakeholders and Senior Management Team.
- Facilitate consistent and productive interactions between cross-functional team members and/or stakeholders, ensuring relevant and productive outcomes.
- Establish credibility as a project management functional expert and drive cross functional engagement to achieve the results
- Master understating of Lindt’s ideas to launch stage gate process to support cross-functional communication and training.
Requirements Qualifications Requirements: Experience:
Required
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in innovation/projectment management in a consumer products environment.
- Experience with complex, multi-channel business in a fast-moving CPG environment.
- Strong track record of leading high performing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Extensive change / project management experience.
- Confidence to elevate concerns to management team in an unbiased manner.
- Cross-functional team management, demonstrating ability to collaborate with others to drive results.
Skills Knowledge:
Required
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving initiative and capabilities
- Proven leadership with ability to motivate and inspire others
- Understanding of internal functional roles within a corporate and manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
Preferred
- Experience with PLM Systems
Education:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Formal project management training and/or education

Total Rewards: Compensation Range: $103,000-$134,000.00.

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
