REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
At DaySmart Software, we are a dynamic and energetic SaaS company that specializes in providing best-in-class scheduling and business management solutions to companies across the globe.
We are currently looking for an Account Manager will own a portfolio of existing clients. Will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process for our software as a service portfolio. This role will support our Pet or Self Care clients with closing leads, meeting sales targets and building instant rapport to achieve customer satisfaction.
The position works in a vastly engaging, fun and fast paced sales environment alongside our product development and marketing teams allowing extensive product knowledge and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining add on and upgrade orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts
- Understand the client’s business (priorities, business levers, audience etc.), objectives, products, marketing strategies, competitors, operational sensitivities, and system technical capabilities
- Communicate the technical details and capabilities of products to clients and demonstrate how they will meet the clients’ needs
- Expose account growth opportunities and turn into revenue generation
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Responsible for maintaining a low churn rate within assigned accounts
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience in the software or telesales field.
- Experience in selling card payments preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience working with enterprise level customers.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Solid analytical skills, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High aptitude and understanding of technology.
- Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
