Job description
As a valued member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing mental health services without the pressure of meeting strict caseloads. Your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Evaluation and Implementation:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and reviews.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in adherence to company policies.
Caseload Management:
Ensure a minimum caseload, focusing on quality care.
Clinical Interventions:
Provide effective clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and enhance daily living activities.
Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission of bridging gaps in the community.
Creative Therapeutic Approaches:
Utilize creativity in interventions to assist clients in achieving therapeutic goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and other Ellie staff.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating cultural awareness.
Professionalism and Ethics:
Attend and actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
Practice ethical conduct in all clinical and professional activities.
Policy Compliance:
Adhere to Ellie Mental Health policies and procedures.
Comply with accrediting/regulatory bodies and performance contract documentation requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Driver's License and Insurance:
Maintain a valid Florida Driver's License and insurability under Ellie Mental Health policy.
Crisis Intervention:
Knowledge of and ability to apply crisis intervention techniques.
Diagnostic Skills:
Strong diagnostic skills, incorporating client history, symptoms, and environmental factors for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide clear, concise, and well-constructed written documentation.
Organizational Skills:
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
