Client/Job Title: PSS for PMG SW Call Center ALL CANDIDATES GO THROUGH CLINICAL REVIEW! ProvSW has turned over all hiring to NuWest and our clinical review team. Don't need to float in this role and high likelihood of converting to FTE. What does the average day look like for this person? Entering demographic information Answering phones Scheduling appointments EPIC Must Haves 2+ years PSR experience soft skills/customer service is #1 screening criteria Must have 1 year call center experience What are the technical skills this person has to have? EPIC preferred but not required What are the soft skills this person has to have? Compassionate, believes in the Providence Mission, excellent customer service and flexible! Personality/soft skills match are #1! Required Years of Experience? 2 years of PSR/PSS experience required, more is ideal! 1 year of call center experience soft skills are #1 criteria, willing to train hard skills. Hours/Week: 40 Shift: M-F 8-5 ish(depending on the clinic) Candidates will get a text each morning telling them where they are floating to First week they will train with centralized staffing & next couple weeks they will train in clinics Duration: Contract to hire, 480 hours Interview Process Clinical Review!
