Shop Team – Night Service Writer/Breakdown SpecialistFull-time night shift position. Hourly pay based on qualifications and experience. Night shift differential pay applies.
Manage inbound/outbound communications with drivers, parts vendors, and operations concerning over-the-road breakdowns. Determine the type of service required based on diagnosis. Coordinate service to assist drivers with mechanical issues. Submit final invoices for payment. Driver’s license required.
Desired skills: customer service, mechanical background, phone, computer, Microsoft Office, decision-making, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Knowledge of service department operations, NTTS, mechanical, and/or logistics background preferred, but willing to train the right person.
Hours: Night Shift 1730-0400 weekdays; every other weekend shift required.
