Role: Analytical Chemist.
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 09 Months Contract(Possibility of extension)
Shift timings: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM .
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and optimize analytical test methods for drug-device combination products.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior scientists in method development and validation processes.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, LCMS, GC, and GCMS.
- Process and interpret chromatographic and spectroscopic data for chemical structure characterization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to documentation for method validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support in vitro drug release test method R&D.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with 7+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or PhD in Chemistry or equivalent with 1+ years of experience.
- Working knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, GC/MS, TLC, IR, UV/vis, NMR, and AA.
- Strong lab skills and familiarity with GMP and GLP standards.
- Experience with documentation, including publications or presentations to scientific organizations, is preferred
