Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

Design develop and implement MarkIT EDM solutions tailored to meet business requirements.

Customize and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support for MarkIT EDM applications addressing issues and ensuring system stability.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Integration with Microsoft Technology Stack:

Demonstrate expertise in integrating MarkIT EDM with Microsoft technologies including but not limited to SQL Server Azure and .NET framework.

Documentation:



Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MarkIT EDM configurations customizations and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaboration:



Work closely with stakeholders including business analysts endusers and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a MarkIT EDM Developer/Support professional.

Strong proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack including SQL Server Azure and .NET framework.

Solid understanding of data management and EDM best practices.

Experience in customization configuration and troubleshooting of MarkIT EDM solutions.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Certifications:



Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

Relevant certifications in MarkIT EDM and Microsoft technologies are a plus.
