Responsibilities - Manage and maintain schedules and appointments
- Organize and maintain documents and files
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
- Conduct internet research and data entry tasks
- Provide customer service support
- Assist in creating and updating reports and presentations
- Coordinate with team members and external contacts
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Assist with project management and task coordination
- Perform general office administrative tasks
- Assist in managing email and other communications
- Support in organizing and conducting virtual meetings
- Assist in managing various software and tools

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with online tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and invoicing procedures
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual communication tools
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
