Job description
An established and prominent construction management company in North Charleston, SC is seeking an strong Project Admin to join their team. This is a fully onsite position as this individual will interact closely with other departments each day. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully manage accounting duties for multiple construction projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Assist vendors with lien waivers and pay applications
- Assist in preparing contracts and subcontracts
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Prepare job billings and review accounts receivable
- Assure vendor compliance
- Track temporary labor
- Organize and maintain job specific documentation
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or accounting experience in the construction industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP Systems (Sage, Oracle or Viewpoint highly preferred)
- Experience with HCSS, GC Pay, or Procore preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fully onsite
- $50,000-$65,000 (based on experience)
