Description:

Are you looking to grow in your career and take on strong defense responsibilities? Our client is currently seeking an Arbitration & Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing litigation cases from beginning to end.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.
• Handling court appearances and depositions on a regular basis.
• Communicating with clients and providing status reports.

Qualifications:

• A JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Being admitted to practice in New York state is required.
• 3+ years of defense litigation is required.
• Experience with insurance defense, and defense experience in claims related to the Child Victims Act (CVA) and/or Adult Survivors Act (AVA) is required.
• Experience in arbitration and mediation defense is required.
• Legal project management experience is preferred.
