Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Social Worker for the Eric B. Chandler Health Center at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Provides social work and behavioral health consultation utilizing a team-based model to children, adolescents, adults, and families in order to improve psychosocial functioning.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

• Provides comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.
• Provides social work support all health center patients.
• Provides effective treatment planning and assisting clients in successfully achieving goals.
• Evaluates crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions.
• Actively participate in team and other meetings that support EBCHC's integrated health care model to provide comprehensive care for clients.
