Electrical Component Engineer is an entry level position focused on 1) providing the engineering support for commercial grade dedication of safety related components including but not limited to relays, breakers, etc 2) developing and maintaining digital analytics to proactively identify component problems with cost and obsolescence 3) identifying form, fit, function equivalent components 4) testing and qualifying next generation components for fleet modernization and new builds.

The GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Electrical Engineering Components Team is  seeking a dynamic,  highly-motivated individual to help drive modernization of electrical products.  Electrical Component Engineer responsibilities include the following:

The salary range for this position is $70k-101k. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
