Job description

The Grille At Blackhawk Llc in Danville, CA is looking for one boh supervisor to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on 3540 Blackhawk Plaza Circle. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers
• Ensure kitchen staff is adhering to health and safety regulations
• Purchase food and kitchen supplies as needed
• Maintain quality and consistency of all food served

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BOH Supervisor
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
