What You Will Be Doing

As an Estimator you will review construction documents and participate in design and owner meetings during pre-construction to prepare construction budgets. You will obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors, maintain resource information on products, and verify that the design incorporates standards for finishes, fixtures, equipment, and design criteria. You will also be responsible for tracking historical costs and follow organization standards for estimating!

What You Need for this Position

Related BS preferred and/or at least 5 Years of experience / knowledge of:

- Experience with Civil/Road/Bridge preferred.
- Proficiency with reading construction documents, specifications and vendor product data info.
- Commercial Construction experience.
- Ability to estimate for all construction trades.
- Hard bid and or conceptual bid processes.
- Excellent computer skills and Heavy bid estimating software knowledge.
- Experience with computerized takeoff and/or design programs.
