Job description
Role;Data Analyst With Microsoft Dynamic CRM 365
Location ;Remote
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 platform to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Extract, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis purposes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support various business initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data analysis and CRM systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data analysis tools and techniques within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM concepts and processes, particularly within the context of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
