Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) is seeking an entry-level SEO/Digital Marketing Specialist to support SEO, content, and marketing services within LRS Web Solutions. The specialist will use digital strategies to complete SEO, SEM, social media and other digital marketing tasks that meet marketing goals for clients of LRS Web Solutions. This position is based at the LRS HQ location in Springfield, Illinois. Your compensation will consist of a base salary plus overtime.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Social Media Content Creation: Assist clients with social media strategy and tactics. Develop and schedule engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms to enhance and increase followship for the online presence of LRS Web Solutions’ clients.
• Website/Social Media Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics to track followership, views, traffic sources, engagement, CTR, and other relevant KPIs using social media platforms and Google platforms. Recommend strategies and tactics to improve.
• Keyword Research: Research and recommend keywords to drive traffic and improve SEO and marketing campaign conversions.
• Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing website content, social media posts, newsletter articles, blog articles, advertising assets, and other marketing content.
• SEO: Monitor technical SEO issues using Google platforms and SEM Rush. Fix issues or enlist support from WS developers. Troubleshoot issues related to website performance, analytics, technical SEO, PPC, social media, conversions, and other customer support needs. Recommend, implement, and measure improvements.
• Digital Advertising: Assist with clients’ digital ads, including digital ad creation/conversion tagging/maintenance/recommendations. Platforms may include Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X.
• Email marketing: Assist clients with email strategy, write and schedule emails as needed. Platforms may include Sendgrid, Constant Contact, Hubspot, Mailchimp, and others.

Applicant Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• At least one year of experience in content-based marketing, social media marketing, SEO, or completion of six semesters of college-level courses in business and communications; and four semesters of marketing related courses (digital marketing, graphic design, social media, etc.)
• You must have six months of experience creating content for social media (Meta Business and Advertising Suites, LinkedIn, X, Tik-Tok).
• Permanent authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of clients.

Organization Structure and Interfaces: You will be a member of LRS Web Solutions, and you will report to the LRS Web Solutions’ Program Manager. You will work closely with the LRS Web Solutions team, which includes developers, designers, project managers, UX manager, the division manager and the director.  You also will work with clients either in-person or remotely.

Salary range: $45,000-55,000 annually plus paid overtime and full benefits. This range represents the low and high for this position. The salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance.
