We are seeking another attorney specializing in family-based, humanitarian immigration, and/or employment immigration to join us in this mission. • Licensed to practice in the United States with 3-5 years of in-depth experience in family-based, humanitarian, and/or removal immigration focusing on VAWA, T visa, SIJS, Waivers, and Adjustment of status applications.
• Is passionate about immigration law and is committed to helping legalize immigrants who have made the US their home so they can live without fear of deportation or separation from their families.
• Has a strong knowledge of immigration law and can develop case strategies and engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and legal guidance.
• Handle independent caseload as well as manage a dedicated team.
• Performs legal research and has excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and computer-literate.
• Positive personality, innovative, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients through the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor and has an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• No disciplinary actions.
• 3-5 years experience in family-based, humanitarian, and/or removal with a focus on VAWA, T visa, SIJS, Waivers, and Adjustment of Status applications.
