Come join the SBSEG Sales Analytics team as a manager of Sales motion analytics for Direct Sales. We are looking for leader to drive excellent data and analytical skills and a passion for delivering data-driven insights. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or math-related field required or equivalent work experience.
Proven leader in data and information space with 7+ years of experience working in Product Analytics, Sales Marketing Analytics, Operations Analytics or other data-driven strategic insights analytic role
3 + years of experience managing analysts with a proven track record of developing successful teams.
Strong analytical foundation as an individual contributor and manager – expert command of data analytical tools.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization software such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Experienced in experimentation design and execution
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines, balancing short & long term strategic implications
Outstanding communication skills across a diverse audience of business stakeholders in both technical and non-technical forums
Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries to solve complex problems and apply data-driven decision making principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization experience, and accountability
Collaborate with diverse group of business functions, stakeholders and analysts to ensure analytical solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various stakeholders
Lead and develop a team of high-performing data and business analysts, including hiring top talent and investing in their growth
Leverage analytics acumen to develop data-backed insights from complex data sources and make strategic business decisions for unique business problems
Provide business stakeholders with entrepreneurial guidance essential for appropriately interpreting and building on findings, and fully incorporating the insights revealed through the research

Lead the full cycle of iterative data exploration, including hypothesis formulation, algorithm development, data cleansing, testing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning
Guide, Coach, and Mentor teams responsible for data and analytics projects through cross-functional partnerships, resource allocation and prioritization
Deliver analytically sound insights and recommendations as a working manager (player-coach role) and promote a growth and development culture for the team
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $197494.95-267199.05. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
