Job description

Delaware - Internal Medicine

• My client is looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join their group of 5 MDS and 1 NP. They are hiring because of need.
• Call schedule - Telephone call only. During the week they take call for own patients - very infrequent. Then they do every sixth weekend for the group
• The age range for patients is 18+
• The base salary is $230k plus profit sharing and partnership in 3 years. It's not uncommon for the other docs to bonus is excess of $75k every year for total compensation over $300k
• Cerner EMR
• Full benefits
• They can consider J1 visa candidates through the Conrad 30 program
• Located in Southern Delaware - located only about 35 miles from the beaches of Delaware.
• 88 miles to Baltimore, MD - 96 miles to Washington DC - 119 miles to Philadelphia
