What you’ll be doing:

The AI Platforms Performance Insights team is looking to hire a Product Manager Performance Insights Analytics to deliver value to the Verizon organization through deep analytics and business intelligence reporting that enable the team to drive intelligent insights into actions.

The Performance Insights team is responsible for guiding cross-functional teams and own all aspects of delivering Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions end to end, including but not limited to: solution design, solution development life-cycle, solution implementation, and demonstration of business value. Your role on the Performance Insights team would be guiding data-driven decisions, recommending data-driven actions, sharing Product utilization and impact trends, highlighting wins, identifying new data-driven opportunities, performing A/B tests, completing and supporting Efficacy Analysis to measure success of new releases over existing features.

In this role, you will assist Product managers with ad-hoc reporting needs, and provide input on product working calls as it relates to reporting needs and the database requirements necessary to support them. The Product Manager Performance Insights Analytics will focus on developing, automating and deriving insights from Analytics and Reporting Tools such as Tableau/Qlik/ThoughtSpot/Adobe dashboards, storytelling new customer insights with UI/UX visualizations and maintaining, providing feedback, and enhancing existing reports. This will also be an opportunity to build and track tool utilization, create data-driven use cases, and empower stakeholders to optimize experiences, and build new use cases that champion efforts to optimize revenue, and improve both customer and employee satisfaction.

You’re able to translate numbers into compelling stories-—and tailor your presentation and recommendations to the audience’s function and level to meet their needs. You proactively research emerging developments in data mining, analytics, and visualization and apply what you learn to the projects at hand. You are detail-oriented and know how to be passionate about what really matters. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. You enjoy aligning various work streams to ensure the same vision and goal is achieved. You are a good listener, a strong communicator, and an accomplished storyteller. You’re able to summarize and frame requirements to peers, stakeholders, and partner groups. You take great pleasure in sharing learnings and best practices with your team.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $130,000.00 and $241,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
