Job description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Building Materials team. As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to manage a team of production staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met. You should be a motivated self-starter and have excellent problem solving and communication skills.

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire production process. You will work to ensure operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, and that all production goals are achieved. You will be responsible for training and motivating staff, and for developing and monitoring safety protocols and quality standards.
This position requires at least 2+ years of experience in the Building Materials industry, with a strong emphasis on masonry and robotics. You must also have a strong mechanical aptitude and PLC programming skills. Additionally, you must have experience as a Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor in a commercial building setting.
