The Home Health Field Clinical Educator 2 provides practical clinical experience and guidance to field clinicians, to include orientation of new clinicians. The Home Health Field Clinical Educator 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Home Health Field Clinical Educator 2 ensures compliance with applicable licensure/certification requirement, applicable healthcare standards, governmental laws and regulations, policies, procedures and philosophy of care. Works under general supervision Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures
