Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The Process Technician is responsible for all aspects of the injection mold presses including changing out molds, completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mold equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent.
Familiar with using Calipers, Micrometers, Height and Bore Gages, Optical Comparators, and Vision System is a plus.
Must be familiar with an ISO Manufacturing setting. .
Must understand plastics and different material characteristics.
Supervision Experience preferred.
Good communication and ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties.
Strong interpersonal skills a must.
Self-Motivated
Good problem-solving skills are essential.
5+ years of proven experience working with Plastics Injection Molding in a manufacturing environment.
On an occasional basis, must be able to put in overtime (paid); perhaps with short notice to maintain production.

Pay rate: $26.00-$29.00/hour
