Job description
This is a remote position.
Essential Job Functions:
The Lead Generation/Sales Executive works as part of the Business Development Team and reports to the Team Manager. Specifically they are responsible for the following:
Conducts research and mapping of the market to identify areas of growth and focus for the sales team;
Builds and qualifies leads by verifying phone numbers email addresses and key contact person;
Cultivates good relationships and followup activities with client prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
Organizes the results and hands over qualified leads to the sales team;
Tracks and provides feedback on leadsourcing activities; and
Performs additional tasks or projects assigned by the CEO.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay uptodate with industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market research to develop datadriven strategies.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute effective online marketing campaigns including SEO social media marketing content marketing email marketing and more.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients showcasing our digital marketing services and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses.
Identify and cultivate leads through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and inbound marketing efforts.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting their needs.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations creative and analytics to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
