Job description
We are searching for full-time or part-time high-energy, Customer Service -oriented team players to join the Total Package Car Wash Team.
Job Details:
- You will be responsible for helping customers by providing a safe, speedy, clean, and friendly experience.
- Follow all safety procedures and policies including appearance expectations.
- Help maintain the site's appearance and cleanliness
Responsibilities:
- Promptly acknowledge customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and present options based on customers' needs.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products and services.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- High energy and interest in working outdoors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work primarily outside in physically demanding conditions.
