FULL TIME - IN PERSON - WHITE PLAINS NY - M-F 8AM-5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER :
Assist customers with inquiries related to the client's products and services
Maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service to be able to represent our client in a professional manner when working with business owners and decision makers
Work with our business clients one-on-one and in-person discussing our current products and services
Develop a trusting relationship with business clients by addressing all questions and concerns professionally
Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customers issues and needs
Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS :
Prior customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Willingness to train and learn
A can-do attitude
