Job Description: Sability is seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management Manager who is responsible for overseeing the effective utilization and optimization of the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Workforce Management system within the organization. This role involves managing a team responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the UKG Workforce Management platform to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the implementation of the UKG Workforce Management system across various departments and business units, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Strong background in UKG deployment methodology and processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of UKG Workforce Management specialists, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the Project Sponsor and primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding UKG Workforce Management-related inquiries, escalations, and support requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and advocate for system enhancements and improvements.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Workforce Management or similar workforce management systems in a large-scale organization.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team of specialists.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to workforce management and timekeeping.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within established timelines.
