Job description
3 days REMOTE per week Randstad is excited to be partnering with a long-time client in the Broomall, PA area. Our client, a global leader, is seeking an Accounting Specialist who wants career growth. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company and further expand on your accounting skills. This position would work 3 days REMOTE per week AFTER training (based on how quickly you ramp up). Responsibilities
- Perform account receivable functions such as check deposits and bank reconciliation
- Process incoming payments and expense reimbursements according to policies and procedures
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, processing and recording accounts receivable data, and inputting payments and invoices
- Assign invoices to the correct account and verify the amount matches the appropriate document including receipts
- Perform various account payable functions such as reconcile customers’ payments, accounts, and records
- Investigate and resolve AP and AR records to ensure it is processed with the proper documentation
- Prepare invoices and post customer payments. Contact with sales managers, CSR, Logistics and/or customers to reconcile any invoices issues.
