Responsibilities
- Extend a warm and friendly welcome to patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive
- Calculate fees and financial agreements accurately, providing transparency and clarity to patients
- Check and promptly respond to all voicemails and emails, maintaining effective communication
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date schedule of patient appointments
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental front office operations is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Denticon software usage is preferred for carrying out administrative tasks seamlessly
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
