Job description
LaSalle Network has partnered with a real estate investment and property management company on Chicago’s Southeast side. They are hiring a Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of 200-300 rentals. The company is seeking an experienced Property Manager with familiarity of low-income, subsidized and CHA housing. You would join a team of several property managers, working in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Property Manager Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property performance.
Conduct property walks routinely
Navigate subsidy, rental assistant and CHA related paperwork and compliance requirements
Utilize computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets)
Property Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
Familiarity with subsidized/low-income/CHA housing
Car and valid driver's license for onsite duties on Chicago’s southeast side
