Are you an experienced auto repair professional looking for an exhilarating opportunity? Merlin's Complete Auto Care is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in DeKalb, IL as a full-time Auto Repair Shop Manager ! This position will make a base annual salary of $55,000 - $80,000 plus bonuses and profit sharing which will come out to $100,000+ per year . You'll have uncapped earning potential !

THE TYPE OF AUTO REPAIR SHOP MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Automotive repair estimating and labor time catalog experience
• Customer service experience
• Retail sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• High energy level and good work ethic

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR AUTO REPAIR SHOP MANAGER

This position will work 5 days per week. We're closed on Sundays.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Your main responsibilities will include understanding the problems and needs of our valued clients, effectively communicating these to our skilled staff, and ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, processing orders, and closely monitoring the delivery process to ensure timely completion. Additionally, your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in handling any customer complaints that may arise, ensuring that each issue is resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
