Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Design, develop, and test web applications using Angular and Java technologies.
Code and develop microservices connected to an MS SQL database.
Work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Embrace new technologies and methodologies to address evolving challenges.
Share technical insights through client meetings, test plans, reports, and presentations.
Contribute to the engineering of a world-class platform, emphasizing rapid iteration and creative problem-solving.
Ensure product quality through rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and regression capabilities.
Adhere to architecture standards, risk management, and security policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering from an accredited College/University.
Proficiency in data/object modeling, data normalization, and data analysis, with significant experience in large database environments.
Strong background in architecture and development using Microservices.
Familiarity with both Linux and MS Windows environments.
Experience in design and code reviews.
Ability to successfully complete a thorough background investigation.

Required Computer Skills:

5-7 years of experience in the Java Development Stack (J2EE, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, JSON).
5-7 years of software development following Object-Oriented Design methodologies.
3-5 years in an Agile development environment.
3-5 years of experience producing web services (REST, SOAP).
2-3 years of working with Angular and Node.js.

Preferred Computer Skills:

Experience in the Public Safety Domain.
Android mobile software development.
Familiarity with NOSQL databases (e.g., MariaDB).
Oracle and SQL database script writing.
Exposure to continuous integration systems (e.g., Jenkins), build automation (Maven), and automated testing (Selenium).
