Maintenance Technician

Description:

You will be working on all the equipment in the facility. The primary focus will be on the Injection Mold Machines (IMM Presses) as well as the conveyor systems that move the product (plastic interior automotive parts) throughout the plant. The conveyors are controlled by a PLC (Allen Bradley) and you'll be expected to be able to troubleshoot any issues that come up. You will also be responsible for maintaining the PM schedule.

Pay Rate/Shift:

• $58,240 - $66,560
• 2nd: 3:00 pm-11:00 pm ($.50 shift premium)
• 3rd: 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($1.25 shift premium)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent experience in maintenance
• Experience in industrial production
• PLC troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety in an industrial setting
• Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and equipment as generated by work orders
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met
