About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of Prosthetic Urology Clinical Education strategic initiatives aligned with business and divisional objectives. This role will work cross-functionally with KOLs, Marketing, R&D, Commercial Leads, Clinical Digital Education and the Surgical Skills Team to align on program strategy and vision to execute HCP education and training engagements. You will directly impact the success of educational programming through the design, execution, and delivery of educational programs. This role focuses on faculty engagement and program management for all Prosthetic Urology programs including, but not limited to national cadaver courses, preceptors, proctors, local speaker programs, and physician webinars. Success relies on building strong relationships internally and externally and following defined processes, in a compliant way, to plan and execute effectively. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:
⦁ Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute the Prosthetic Urology Clinical Education strategy
⦁ Foster, maintain and build KOL/Speaker relationships and database
⦁ Partner with KOL/Speakers and internal SMEs to create content including training materials, slide decks, videos, and step-by-step procedures
⦁ Define topics and curriculum, develop agendas, select presenters and locations, and oversee program planning
⦁ Manage and maintain clinical education materials while adhering to BSC’s legal, regulatory, and compliance policies 
⦁ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify innovative approaches for leveraging and delivering training
⦁ Work with vendors to develop/maintain/improve upon training models, simulators, etc.
⦁ Complete annual/ongoing needs assessments specific to the training strategy and ensure alignment with cross-functional and corporate priorities
⦁ Gain and enhance course survey evaluation and incorporate feedback to drive KPIs
⦁ Maintain scientific, competitive, and disease-specific knowledge to ensure the accuracy of clinical education materials and initiatives
⦁ Result-driven and highly motivated; committed to achieving goals and passionate about physician training
⦁ Develop annual operating program budget; maintain and adjust throughout the planning cycle
⦁ Travel to clinical education programs as well as national and local trade shows as needed

 

Required qualifications:  

⦁ Minimum possess a Bachelor’s degree 
⦁ Minimum have 5 years of related work experience - medical device strongly preferred and/or experience in education, training, sales, or marketing
⦁ Previous experience partnering with KOLs, content creation experience 
⦁ Previous training experience, including experience facilitating and presenting in-person and remote platform education
⦁ Experience working with compliance and approving content 

 

Preferred qualifications:
⦁ Familiar with CVENT and Sales Force applications
⦁ Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight/weekend travel
⦁ Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work
