Job description

BASIC FUNCTION:

• Inspect Parts in Any of the Production Areas as Assigned by Group Leader or Manager
• Support Quality Functions in Any of the Production Areas Including Defect Analysis
• Perform Measurements and Part Checks
• Record and Analyze Data Collection and Entry for Inspected Parts and Quantity of Defects
• Perform PDCA Activity in Production Areas and QAV’s
• Have the Ability to Lead Pre-Shift Meetings and Educate Production Departments on Defects
• Able to Lead Problem-Solving Activities Including Whiteboard and Kaizen Activities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Computer Skills Such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic Documentation Skills
• Basic Measurement Skills 
• Coachable and Positive Attitude
• Prompt and Regular Attendance
• Able to Work OT on Short Notice
