Midway Staffing is on the lookout for a dynamic bilingual Branch Admin to join our team!

As a Branch Admin, you'll collaborate closely with Midway Staffing’s branch personnel, playing a pivotal role in meeting our clients' staffing needs. Be a driving force in managing the recruitment process flow, from posting roles and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and handling onboarding paperwork.

Exciting Responsibilities:

• Assist the Midway Staffing recruitment team in posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings.
• Conduct employment-related research and utilize various methods to source qualified candidates.
• Participate in job fairs, community activities, and recruitment-related events.
• Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants, providing information and collecting applicant data.
• Aid in the new hire onboarding process, ensuring completion of paperwork and providing information for a smooth start.
• Handle a range of advanced administrative duties with independence and initiative.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills for Success:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a MUST!
• Clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation is required for occasional travel (up to 10%).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
