Due to production needs both onsite and on location, we are looking to have Production Assistants available for ad-hoc, temporary work, when our production schedule requires. 

These PA opportunities are temporary/part-time entry-level positions on the company’s Studio Operations team that supports productions from both a clerical and physical standpoint. Additionally, these roles will involve handling paperwork, phone call inquiries, research, ordering, light physical work, picking up or dropping off items, and more. We use Monday.com, G-Suite, and Slack to manage our productions so familiarity with these platforms is a huge plus, although not a requirement. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong initiative - able to perform detailed tasks in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong communication/interpersonal skills.

You will:

• Assist productions in various capacities which may include moving around equipment or set pieces.
• Go on runs throughout the day to support the various productions
• Handle and log receipts
• Shop in person for items that will appear on camera
• Perform opening or closing duties in the offices and studio spaces
• Meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
• Ability to adapt/learn - anticipate needs

You have:

• A reliable car with insurance and a valid driver’s license is a plus
• 1 year of video production experience is a plus
• Ability to work on a computer/keyboard for long periods
• Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects, work with diverse personalities, and work within strict deadlines
• Attention to detail, follow through, and strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Compensation: $21 an hour, subject to overtime pay beyond 8 hours a day
