Location: Montgomery College Mannakee Building -51 Mannakee St, Rockville, MD 20850
Positions Available:
Building Service Worker (10 Positions)
One year cleaning experience including floor maintenance and operating industrial cleaning equipment.
Building Maintenance Mechanic (2 Positions)
Five years of experience performing general building maintenance or construction involving carpentry, masonry, painting, basic electrical and/or other building trades work.
Facilities Materials Specialist (1 Position)
Two years of experience in stockroom/warehouse operations, procurement/ purchasing procedures, and construction renovation.
Completion of a program in procurement management or construction technology.
Building Equipment Mechanic II (3 Positions)
Five years of progressively responsible experience working with commercial heating ventilation and air-conditioning systems, air handling units, VAV boxes and rooftop packaged units or an equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and expertise to perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Maryland 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer license.
Section 608 Universal certification.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
HVAC Mechanic (2 Positions)
Five years of experience in heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
The equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and expertise to perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Maryland Journeyman level HVAC license.
EPA Universal 608 certification.
Valid driver's license is required.
