Job Summary

Are you interested in advancing economic equity and opportunity? PPL is looking for a strong, operational leader with the social/emotional skills to lead a large and diverse set of teams. The Employment Training (ET) Department is housed under Career Readiness. This Director position is responsible for the management and operations of the ET Department, with services provided at both our south Minneapolis Career Center and 800 W Broadway locations. This includes oversight of all aspects of Career Pathways, Supportive Services, Homeownership, and Financial Coaching, as well as data integration and evaluation. This role leads six direct reports, with an indirect team of 27.

Education and/or Experience:  

PPL's work is now a Hybrid Model. Our Hybrid Model refers to the split between working in the office or onsite at satellite locations (60%) and at home (40%) of the time. A 5-day work week equates to three days working in the office and the opportunity to work from home for the other two days.

Salary:  $88,000.00-$98,000.00 Yr., DOQ
