We are seeking the MOST passionate, driven, and caring FT Psych/Behavioral Registered Nurse to join our amazing team in Brevard County!

Role Summary : The role focuses on planning, organizing, and delivering home care services.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and adjusting care plans, administering
treatments, providing direct patient care, and counseling patients and families.

• Conduct initial and regular assessments of patients.
• Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Offer guidance and counseling on nursing and related needs.
• Lead discharge planning and implementation.
• Act as a Case Manager for assigned caseload.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• (PMH-BC Certification REQUIRED)
• 1-2 years of acute care experience; home health experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and nursing skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
