Job description
Growing Government Contractor looking to bring a Scrum Master to their team. The position due to government contract does require viable candidates to have a DOD Secret clearance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • The Scrum Master shall have and maintain PMP-c and SCRUM Master certifications.
• The Lead shall coordinate incident and work order tickets related to sustainment from assignment to completion in the official government ticketing system.
• The contractor shall initiate and coordinate all software modernization and upgrade tasks related to IS hosting on premise and in the cloud.
• Scrum Master will have experience in movement of IS from an on-premise environment to the Cloud assisting in determining priority of systems to be migrated as well as timelines for their movement.
• The contractor shall initiate and coordinate all Sustainment software modernization and upgrade tasks related to data center requirements.
• The contractor shall utilize Hill CEDC GPM approved Agile Project Management methodologies in project execution based on a defined project WBS diagram, project plan and schedule.
• The Lead shall support all other pillars with input to their initiated projects to ensure that all tasks performed are identified, documented, and estimated for work efforts in the IMP/IMS.
• Additionally, the Lead supports the Business Office professional IT related services for HW/SW/MX and services projections for all “enterprise and hosted” sustainment requirements.
• The Scrum Master provides input to broader contractor activities related to: software licensing inventories, repositories, management, and compliance; IAVA, IAVM, MTO, CTO, NOTAM, ACAS, and STIG evaluation, mitigation and/or remediation and monthly maintenance windows for patch compliance for all servers, to include all third-party software, and embedded application technology updates. E.g., Apache, Java updates.
• The Scrum Master shall attend all Operations and Onboarding meetings.
Education, Certification & Experience Requirements Education Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent professional experience
• Must possess Active Secret

• Hours of operation are M-F between 0600-1800.
