Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control General Assembly Specialist and be part of our cutting-edge EV manufacturing process in the Savannah, GA area! As a Quality Control General Assembly Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving quality improvement through the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data. Reporting to the Assistant Manager for Quality Control, you will be responsible for investigating quality issues, implementing improvement activities, and ensuring the high quality and conformity of our vehicles to international standards.

Pay/Salary : $70K.

Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Report to the Assistant Manager for Quality Control.
- Implement actions to drive quality improvement through the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data.
- Analyze internal and external quality indicators to determine quality trends.
- Research and investigate quality issues to determine root cause.
- Support execution and implementation of quality inspection and improvement activities for mass-produced vehicles.
- Conduct activities to identify new vehicle projects and analyze completed vehicles to ensure high quality and conformity to international standards.
- Establish/improve inspection methods and prevent leakage/flow out of post-processes.
- Support development and maintenance of attendance tracking and analysis with the line group for feedback to management.
- Analyze the cause of vehicle problems and drive improvement activities.
- Audit and prepare and implement quality meetings.
- Analyze statistical, historical, internal, and external quality data through trends, graphs, and reports.
- Facilitate, recommend actions, and drive improvement through the quality and production departments using data trend analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Quality facility/equipment management, investment cost execution/management, supplementary investment establishment.
- Preparation, consultation, and coordination of external events.
- Participation in new vehicle projects, including preparation for inspection, establishment of quality securing plan, and response to evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Preference: STEM).
- Minimum 0-10 years of related job experience (Quality Control or automobile-related teams).
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi, and Microsoft 365 products.
